Last year I received a free packet of nigella seeds which were a delight to grow and at the end of the season I saved the seed heads. Many of them are now dried and in a vase in my living room but I also pulled some apart to plant again this year. So for week 34 of #ayearofbringingnatureinside I am sharing the children of those nigella. I really love the delicate blue and white flowers but I think my favourite is the seed heads that form soon after they flower.
They are so delicate and beautiful and I chose to display them in this little pink sherry glass that I picked up at a vintage shop back in the spring.
